What you will do
- Lead and mentor a studio of designers, overseeing the production of high-quality brand communications.
- Build robust relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted commercial creative partner.
- Ensure total brand consistency across all commercial communications in collaboration with the client's Executive Creative Director.
- Generate high-value conceptual design and craft solutions for ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns.
- Oversee the look and feel across the brand portfolio while ensuring time-efficient workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends including AI to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a design leader in a brand, marketing, design, or advertising role.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong communication skills to sell ideas effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of brand guidelines, typography, and graphic design principles.
- Ability to manage and develop the careers of team members.
- Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week in the London studio.

- Experience or curiosity regarding AI tools in design.
- Working knowledge of motion design and storyboarding.
