What you will do

• Design end-to-end builder experiences for AI agent configuration and deployment.
• Define patterns for AI trust, guardrails, explainability, and uncertainty handling.
• Translate technical constraints and capabilities into clear, usable professional workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product direction in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Identify system-level risks and ensure conceptual integrity across platform surfaces.
• Elevate interaction design standards and technical credibility across the design organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS or developer-facing tooling.
• Strong expertise in systems thinking, workflow modeling, and interaction design.
• Demonstrated ability to design AI-powered products or non-deterministic interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern professional design workflows.
• Ability to engage in high-level technical discussions regarding APIs, SDKs, and data models.
• Ability to simplify complex technical capabilities without sacrificing platform power.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI agent builders or automation configuration systems.
• Familiarity with developer experience (DX) and search & discovery principles.
• Knowledge of designing permission models or role-based access systems.
• Technical background or direct experience with complex data-rich interfaces.
