What you will do

• Own the TikTok Shop channel strategy, including roadmap planning and revenue targets.
• Define and optimize go-to-market approaches, including pricing, promotions, and product mix.
• Drive revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns and data-backed testing of creatives and formats.
• Build and scale affiliate and creator partnerships, managing commission structures.
• Lead a cross-functional team across content, operations, and analytics.
• Oversee Seller Center operations to ensure compliance and smooth execution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• 1+ year of experience leading a team or cross-functional projects.
• Strong commercial mindset with expertise in ROI, CAC, and LTV metrics.
• Experience driving revenue and managing growth channels.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for a fast-moving environment.
