What you will do

• Build internal analytics products using Snowflake and Salesforce AI tools.
• Develop conversational BI interfaces to enable natural language querying of company data.
• Create automated systems to identify business trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for analytics solutions from concept to deployment.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure AI solutions meet security and access standards.
• Drive user adoption through training materials, enablement resources, and strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence with AI tools.
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake, complex SQL queries, and implementing AI/ML capabilities.
• Understanding of LLMs and experience building conversational AI for analytics.
• Outstanding communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Tableau Next, Agentforce, Slack).
