What you will do

• Dispense, label, and check medications against digitally signed prescriptions in a mail-order setting.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for prompt and safe delivery.
• Maintain and improve pharmacy standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, professional, and ethical pharmacy frameworks.
• Liaise with the patient care team and couriers to resolve escalations and ensure timely dispatch.
• Collaborate with product and user research teams to refine platform usability.

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist
• Strong understanding of UK pharmacy requirements and regulations.
• Experience or capacity to manage and delegate tasks to team members.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working as a pharmacist.
• Ability to speak French or German with knowledge of medical terminology.
