Compliance Manager

What you will do

• Manage TQUK’s organisation-wide compliance framework, HUB governance arrangements, and self-evaluation and audit programs.
• Resolve complex operational issues and represent TQUK at events and forums.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Administer the annual statement of compliance process and policy reviews.
• Act as the main point of contact for regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor adherence to budgets and interpret key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Experience working for an Awarding Organisation, or regulatory environment in education.
• Strong understanding of compliance in education and upcoming changes in regulations and education policy.
• Experience with interpreting data to identify and respond to trends in a timely manner.
• Strong people and team management skills.
• Ability to self-manage tasks and compliance with expected targets.
• Ability to deliver to tight SLAs

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Audit and/or risk management qualifications.
• External Quality Assurance qualification and/or Internal Quality Assurance qualification.
