What you will do
- Identify and implement improvements to the codebase to enhance agent performance and safety.
- Drive asynchronous decision-making by leveraging AI to author technical specifications and documentation.
- Orchestrate AI agents to develop full-stack features from UI to database with minimal human oversight.
- Architect scalable solutions and foundational patterns to accelerate the launch of new travel portals.
- Collaborate with product managers and business partners to define and execute the roadmap.
- Provide and receive high-level technical feedback within a high-autonomy environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Argentina
- Proven ability to direct AI agents and automated workflows for complex system development.
- Expertise in designing technical guardrails and feedback loops for AI-driven development.
- Strong product thinking anchored in customer experience.
- Experience or high willingness to learn distributed system development in Scala.
