Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite at hubs in Almaty, Limassol, Belgrade, or Dubai. Relocation assistance is provided for those willing to join onsite hubs.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for video, playable, and static assets.
  • Analyze competitors and product metrics to form hypotheses for improving creative performance.
  • Collaborate with Unity, Unreal, and 2D art teams to elevate overall creative quality.
  • Manage external contractors and provide structured feedback.
  • Create internal documentation and guides for new processes.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily creative workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar creative role within the gaming industry.
  • Understanding of UA, ASO, and key product metrics.
  • Ability to analyze competitor creatives and adapt them for project needs.
  • Familiarity with creative production pipelines in Unity and Unreal.
  • Experience mentoring team members and working with external contractors.
  • Portfolio demonstrating 3D creative work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency in Figma or Photoshop.
  • Direct experience in acting or voice-over for creative assets.
