What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to craft user experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and advertiser success.
• Use research and data to identify friction points and high-impact opportunities aligned with commercial strategy.
• Lead and mentor a small team of product designers, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Define and evolve design vision and strategy across web and app platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement of design systems for scalability and brand consistency.
• Contribute hands-on to design projects, including user testing and collaboration with engineers for pixel-perfect execution.

Requirements

• Location: Dublin, Ireland with hybrid work format
• 6+ years in Product or UX Design with leadership or mentorship experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience delivering designs that impact business metrics.
• Expertise in user research, usability testing, and behavior-driven design using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and design system management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
