What you will do

• Lead design vision, strategy, and execution for the mobile app experience
• Own the end-to-end design process from exploration to delivery in the engagement team
• Use AI tools to enhance design scope and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to uncover design opportunities
• Engage with users to gather feedback and ground design decisions

Requirements

• Must be located in Germany or able to work hybrid from German offices
• 4+ years of product design experience in B2B or B2B2C mobile apps
• Strong skills in visual, interaction, and UX design with prototyping experience
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments with minimal oversight
• Experience in shaping product vision and design culture
