What you will do

• Lead the technical architecture and design of Java-based projects to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to translate business goals into high-quality technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance through code refactoring, database tuning, and resource management.
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and design flaws to enhance overall stability.
• Perform validation and capacity tests to maintain a high-performing environment.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on best practices and development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proven track record in software architecture design and object-oriented principles.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in event-driven architecture design.
• English proficiency (upper-intermediate) required for global team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Knowledge of monitoring and telemetry tooling like NewRelic, Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK.
