Location: Remote (Global role with company presence in various international locations, including Barcelona, Spain).

What you will do
- Architect and implement patterns to transition legacy monoliths to a modern Java/Spring ecosystem with zero downtime.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java and .NET.
- Collaborate with global product teams to define requirements and shape technical roadmaps.
- Utilize Grafana and advanced tracing to ensure system health, performance, and reliability.
- Drive development efficiency by leveraging agentic AI tools and modern engineering practices.
- Maintain high code quality standards through robust unit, integration, and E2E testing.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in backend system architecture and experience working across multiple programming languages.
- Proven track record of managing system migrations and breaking down monoliths.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven systems and microservices.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to bridge technical decisions with business impact.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for global team collaboration.
- Strong commitment to observability and automated testing practices.
Nice to have
- Practical professional experience with both .NET and Java.
- Experience working in distributed, multi-timezone engineering teams.
