What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of the HubSpot CRM product roadmap and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with internal functional consultants and business stakeholders across international markets.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and detailed technical specifications.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and data.
- Drive platform evolution, including implementing automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Validate product solutions through research, user testing, and iterative development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Manager for SaaS CRM platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM data models and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
- Ability to navigate technical discussions and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with HubSpot.
- Domain experience in property management, real estate, or lettings.
- Experience working in an international, multi-market setup.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
