What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the HubSpot CRM product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with internal functional consultants and business stakeholders across international markets.
• Write clear, actionable user stories and detailed technical specifications.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and data.
• Drive platform evolution, including implementing automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Validate product solutions through research, user testing, and iterative development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Manager for SaaS CRM platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM data models and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to navigate technical discussions and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with HubSpot.
• Domain experience in property management, real estate, or lettings.
• Experience working in an international, multi-market setup.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
