What you will do

• Own and evolve the core cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of SRE and DevOps engineers.
• Drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and security across the platform.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD tooling to enable high engineering velocity.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing SRE or DevOps teams.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure management.
• Strong background in designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience driving reliability and security initiatives in high-load environments.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to work from Berlin.
