What you will do

• Develop a robust, machine-readable context foundation to help AI agents navigate system infrastructure.
• Ensure continuous and safe software release cycles tailored for agentic development.
• Create standardized golden paths to streamline workflows for human and agentic development.
• Monitor KPIs like system availability and change lead time to drive architectural improvements.
• Design, maintain, and scale resilient cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements

• Residency in Germany required.
• 4+ years of professional experience in SRE, platform, cloud, or backend engineering.
• Proficiency with agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, or TypeScript.
• Experience with public cloud providers, specifically Google Cloud Platform.
• English proficiency required (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with IoT applications.
• Interest in the climate tech industry.
• Previous experience in a scale-up environment.
• German language skills.
