What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive reliability and observability strategy aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead the definition of reliability targets, including SLIs and SLOs, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Own and improve incident handling processes, automation, and disaster recovery frameworks.
• Partner with platform teams to build and experiment with new observability tools and monitoring solutions.
• Drive organizational cultural transformation toward a blameless learning environment and resilient engineering practices.
• Represent the reliability perspective in strategic leadership decisions across engineering and product departments.

Requirements

• Significant experience in software engineering with scalable distributed systems.
• Strong SRE background with deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and observability.
• Expertise in platform engineering and monitoring of complex distributed systems.
• Proven experience in incident management, post-incident analysis, and driving organizational change.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Ability to translate technical reliability concepts across diverse stakeholders including management and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity.
• Demonstrated experience in working with vendors to manage technical and financial performance.
