What you will do
- Manage operational responsibilities for a regional portfolio of customers, including platform demos and reporting.
- Collaborate with global Account Managers to ensure effective solution implementation.
- Provide proactive and reactive customer support to resolve user issues and maintain relationship advocacy.
- Liaise between customers and internal departments like Product, Sales, and Operations to solve challenges.
- Contribute to internal and customer-focused projects to standardize Customer Success processes.
- Deliver data-driven insights and presentations to customers to support program goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support for large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions or procurement systems is an asset.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish.
- Formal education in supply chain, sustainability, or business.
- Experience with Salesforce and project management tools.
