What you will do
- Lead and mentor a regional team of Technical Account Managers to ensure consistent service quality.
- Serve as a senior advisor and escalation point for strategic Spanish enterprise and government accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to drive customer value realization and expansion initiatives.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous service improvement.
- Represent the Spanish region in EMEA leadership forums and contribute to regional strategy.
- Support operational planning, including forecasting and resource management for the Professional Services team.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
- 5–10 years of customer-facing technical experience in enterprise IT or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record in technical team leadership and driving customer success.
- Strong understanding of hirify.global solutions or similar enterprise technology stacks.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with high accountability.
