What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale the French Account Management team from current size to approximately 20 members.
• Coach Team Leads and Account Managers to improve performance, engagement, and customer retention.
• Handle high-value complex negotiations and manage critical client escalations.
• Partner with Sales and Product leadership to influence roadmap and commercial strategy.
• Establish a high-performance commercial culture focused on revenue growth and value delivery.

Requirements

• Must be a native French speaker with strong English proficiency.
• 3–5+ years of management experience, specifically including managing other managers.
• Proven track record in a commercial/account management leadership role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to thrive in an onsite, collaborative office environment in Barcelona.
• Strong experience in cross-functional stakeholder management across Sales, Product, and Service departments.
