What you will do

• Lead the development, coordination, and production of external ESG sustainability reports.
• Analyze and implement emerging reporting standards such as UK SRS (ISSB) and CSRD.
• Monitor ESG reporting practices and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
• Manage external agency and auditor relationships for reporting projects.
• Respond to and review ESG rating questionnaires to identify and close reporting gaps.
• Coach and support junior team members to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Background in sustainability or ESG with knowledge of financial sector reporting frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships with a wide range of internal and external collaborators.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to improve existing processes.
• Knowledge of accountancy via practical experience or professional qualification is preferred.
