What you will do

• Develop Social Value responses aligned with the UK Social Value Model for bids and frameworks.
• Collaborate with bid teams, delivery leads, and partners to design credible and measurable Social Value commitments.
• Maintain and develop reusable Social Value content, tools, and case studies.
• Support Social Value strategy development and alignment with delivery teams.
• Contribute to governance, measurement, and reporting of Social Value impact.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders including community partners and supply chain.

Requirements

• Must hold an active UK Security Clearance.
• Must be willing to do UK-based travel for projects.
• Experience in bid writing or contributing to public sector procurement bids.
• Strong writing and communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas clearly.
• Understanding of the UK Social Value Model or wider ESG/sustainability frameworks.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multiple bids and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Social Value responses for government tenders.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TOMs, PPN 06/20.
• Experience working with community partners, skills programmes, or sustainability initiatives.
• Understanding of impact measurement or social value reporting approaches.
