📋 Description
- Design, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations.
- Own lifecycle management, segmentation, and lead-to-customer campaigns.
- Partner with Salesforce admins to ensure clean HubSpot-Salesforce data sync.
- Execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
- Build UTM tracking and dashboards for marketing analytics.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure campaign execution and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience building marketing automation programs in HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of funnels, lifecycle marketing, and lead management.
- Hands-on experience (1-2 years) in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- End-to-end paid campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience with marketing data management, segmentation, and CRM integrations.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
