What you will do

• Develop and manage analytical frameworks and dashboards to measure sales performance and pipeline health.
• Translate complex data into insights to guide sales strategy, territory design, and incentive planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure consistent KPI reporting.
• Drive the adoption of analytics tools to improve the scalability and accuracy of data methodologies.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform go-to-market planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Deep understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence.
