TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving platform adoption and value realization for enterprise clients with an accent on executive relationship management and technical solution guidance. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, managing complex customer success plans, and ensuring measurable impact for large-scale IT operations.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Own and execute customer success plans to ensure strategic value realization.
  • Engage and build relationships with executive stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities for hirify.global services.
  • Host workshops to facilitate customer journey development and outcome quantification.
  • Manage renewals in collaboration with account teams and value tracking activities.
  • Provide critical feedback to product management and R&D based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Arabic language fluency is essential for this role.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the software industry.
  • Strong technical background or ability to quickly master complex SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to drive adoption and value across people, process, and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for senior-level interactions.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required; German or French skills are highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Solid understanding of IT Operations and ITSM processes (ITIL).
  • Experience in End User Computing or Client Management practices.
