What you will do

• Partner with CPO and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and design vision.
• Lead, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary UX teams including design, research, and content.
• Drive the UX strategy for AI-driven products, focusing on trust, explainability, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Assess and evolve existing UX structures, processes, and culture to improve output quality.
• Represent UX externally to customers, industry analysts, and stakeholders to articulate the product philosophy.
• Balance design quality, speed, and business impact within a complex multi-product ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in UX or Product Design within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and developing high-performing, diverse design leadership teams.
• Hands-on experience designing for AI-driven, agentic, or automation-heavy products.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience in complex multi-product platform architectures.
• Proven ability to influence without hierarchy and collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Executive presence capable of representing design vision to internal leadership and external customers.
