What you will do
- Own the end-to-end CRM strategy across all lifecycle stages to boost activation and monetization.
- Develop and optimize multi-channel flows including push, email, in-app, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Partner with Product, Data, and ML teams to design experiments and scale AI-driven personalization.
- Analyze performance using advanced metrics like LTV, uplift, and incrementality.
- Manage the global CRM roadmap to ensure cross-team alignment and measurable impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing for high-growth digital products (marketplaces, mobility, or fintech).
- Expertise in segmentation, messaging logic, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ESP/CDP platforms like Braze or Bloomreach.
- Solid data literacy, including proficiency in SQL and ability to work with predictive/ML-based targeting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
