• Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse functions including Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Risk.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top talent across European markets.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to increase visibility.
• Implement and optimize recruitment processes using the Teamtailor platform.
• Adopt AI tools to automate workflows and improve candidate engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with exposure to multiple business functions.
• Proven experience recruiting for IT or technology roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business fluency in English.
• University degree.
• Must be able to work from the Riga office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fintech or financial sector.
• Recruitment experience in Latvian, German, or other EU talent markets.
