What you will do

• Lead technical architecture for Cisco collaboration solutions, ensuring alignment with customer business needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical workshops for clients ranging from technical experts to C-level stakeholders.
• Drive sales opportunities by partnering with account managers to qualify leads and articulate the value proposition of Cisco technologies.
• Collaborate with professional services consultants to design and scope comprehensive cross-discipline solutions.
• Document technical requirements and business cases to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Stay at the forefront of Cisco technologies and methodologies to act as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on technical expertise in Cisco collaboration tools and platforms.
• Significant experience with Cisco Contact Centre portfolio.
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business benefits at mid and enterprise market levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in selling or delivering Cisco collaboration solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaborative work with sales teams.
