What you will do

• Lead and evolve the Information Security function for a 600+ person organization.
• Establish security governance and proactive/reactive security measures.
• Collaborate with the Central InfoSec team and lead the internal Security guild.
• Drive security compliance frameworks, including NIS2 implementation.
• Work across tech and non-tech teams to integrate security into business processes.
• Manage incident response for security-related events.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience as a Security Engineer or Developer.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience managing company-wide security programs or projects.
• Proficiency in implementing security standards and policies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Understanding of the latest AI trends.
