Location: Based in Germany with focus on EMEA region including DACH, Nordics, and BeNeLux

What you will do

• Serve as primary technical advisor for hirify.global PAM customers across EMEA, managing full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term adoption
• Build trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Provide expert guidance on self-hosted/on-premises hirify.global PAM and transition to SaaS solutions
• Support planning, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations of PAM solutions
• Collaborate with account teams, Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services
• Represent customer voice internally and contribute to escalation scenarios

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hirify.global PAM experience in complex or modernized environments
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with Windows, Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple customers and projects
• Preferred hirify.global certifications like Sentry, Defender, or CDE
