Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts (Fintech): Obtaining new clients for an industry-leading Accounting Workflow Automation solution, targeting enterprise-level accounts. Location: Remote from Delaware, DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia. Travel as required within assigned territory, up to 40%.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 plus commission.

What you will do
- Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals.
- Drive the sales cycle by coordinating product demos, follow-up calls, pricing negotiations, and contract processes.
- Network with potential clients to create and maintain a robust new business pipeline with regular prospect follow-up and nurturing.
- Improve knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape, product value, and customer needs.
- Collaborate directly with other Sales and Marketing management personnel to facilitate communications and improve processes.
- Work closely with BDR Managers to ensure communication and cohesiveness through all levels of the sales organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of software sales experience, with 3+ years selling to the CFO office at enterprise-level accounts.
- Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of the company).
- Competitive, ambitious, and driven with a self-starter attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with sales tools – e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Clari, etc.
