Location: Rogers, AR, United States. Will have Remote/Work from Home flexibility due to Afterhours work schedule.

What you will do

• Submit real-time, spot market pricing to Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB customers.
• Ensure the successful coverage/service of awarded spot volume.
• Develop direct relationships to help grow existing hirify.global accounts.
• Use internal and external pricing tools and databases to guide pricing decisions.
• Expand hirify.global’s customer knowledge by mastering customer networks and learning price points.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decisions and evolve strategy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage.
• Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Carrier booking and pricing experience.
• Experience operating within customer TMS platform.
