Social Media Intern (Healthcare)

Social Media Intern (Healthcare): Supporting the execution and day-to-day operations of hirify.global’s social media strategy with an accent on content publishing, community management, and analytics reporting. Focus on streamlining data collection processes and developing engagement workflows to support scalability.

Salary: $25.00/hour - $50.00/hour for NYC-based applicants.

What you will do

• Support consistent publishing across corporate, executive, and employee advocacy platforms.
• Draft and edit social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
• Monitor comments, mentions, and direct messages daily, drafting brand-aligned responses.
• Pull and organize monthly performance metrics across platforms, maintaining reporting templates.
• Assist with social promotion for campaigns and key company milestones.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram best practices.
• Proficient in SproutSocial & SproutSocial Listening, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
