What you will do

• Own and manage hirify.global’s global social media strategy and editorial calendar.
• Partner with senior leadership to elevate executive presence on social platforms.
• Lead and scale employee advocacy and social selling initiatives.
• Lead social activation for product launches, research releases, and flagship events.
• Own and optimize hirify.global’s Sprout Social platform, including governance, tagging, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience managing social media or communications programs in B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Experience managing brand accounts on LinkedIn and major social platforms.
• Strong writing and editorial skills, including drafting posts for executives.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and leadership teams.
• Comfort using data and metrics to guide social strategy.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms.
