TL;DR

Onboarding Coordinator (EMEA): Manage and execute end-to-end onboarding operations for new hires across EMEA with an accent on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on coordinating logistics, communications, and in-person onboarding events in Dublin and London, as well as supporting remote onboarding across the region.

Location: Dublin, Ireland and London, United Kingdom with occasional remote onboarding across EMEA

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day coordination of EMEA new hire onboarding including logistics, communications, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Manage calendar invites and communications for onboarding sessions, tech setup, security briefings, and leadership sessions.
  • Partner with IT and Workplace teams to support device readiness, distribution, badge access, and space preparation.
  • Coordinate in-person onboarding logistics in Dublin and London including room scheduling and facilitator support.
  • Support occasional remote onboarding across EMEA ensuring consistent experience.
  • Maintain and update onboarding resources and support facilitators with session preparation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Experience in onboarding coordination, HR operations, or program coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills managing multiple timelines and time zones across EMEA.
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and related collaboration platforms.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work across EMEA, with presence in Dublin or London for in-person onboarding.
  • Work schedule: 40 hours/week with possible travel.
