TL;DR

People Programme Manager (People Operations): Leading the design and execution of strategic people initiatives to scale organizational infrastructure with an accent on hiring, performance management, and reward frameworks for commercial teams. Focus on translating business strategy into measurable programmes, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and building scalable operational processes across European markets.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid: 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of major people initiatives with clear timelines and outcomes.
  • Build and operationalise the frameworks defining how commercial teams are hired, developed, and rewarded.
  • Translate senior leadership strategic priorities into structured programme plans and workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution by working closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership.
  • Design scalable tools, templates, and processes to ensure consistency across international markets.
  • Monitor programme metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work 4 days per week from the London HQ.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Strong programme and project management skills with the ability to structure timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience translating strategic priorities into operational programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Nice to have

  • Background in management consulting, business operations, or strategy roles.
  • Experience in high-growth companies.
  • Experience with organisational or people-focused initiatives.
