What you will do

• Lead the annual compensation review cycle for the UK.
• Oversee and optimize pensions governance and benefits frameworks.
• Ensure fair and competitive pay structures through job evaluation.
• Deliver statutory reporting and maintain strong reward governance.
• Provide analytics and modeling to support strategic leadership decisions.
• Consult on reward projects and provide guidance to HR and business leaders.

Requirements

• Experience in modernizing and simplifying reward practices in large, complex organizations.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
• Deep understanding of job evaluation frameworks (specifically WTW) and grading structures.
• Experience in managing pensions governance.
• Must be able to work from UK locations (Wallingford or Aberdeen).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
