Salary: $297,000 – $330,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, partnerships, and other strategic transactions through the full lifecycle including assessment, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents such as definitive agreements and letters of intent.
• Provide strategic advice to corporate development, senior management, and internal stakeholders on M&A strategy and deal execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Corporate Development, Finance, Product & Research, and People teams.
• Support corporate legal matters including financings, liquidity events, corporate governance, and international expansion.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA
• 8+ years of transactional-focused legal experience with technology companies or law firms
• JD and license or qualification to practice law in California
• Strong ownership, inquisitiveness, enthusiasm for technology, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
