Salary: $200K - $270K

What you will do

• Build and lead our global Solutions Engineering and Technical Delivery function.
• Hire, mentor, and manage managers and teams distributed globally.
• Own the technical lifecycle from pre-sales discovery and solution architecture to implementation and onboarding.
• Ensure successful enterprise deployments, including SSO, integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Develop scalable technical playbooks, demo frameworks, and implementation standards.
• Partner closely with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve customer outcomes and influence product direction.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Delivery.
• Experience building and leading global technical customer-facing teams.
• Strong background in enterprise SaaS implementations and integrations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A builder mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
