What you will do

• Build and optimize analytics pipelines and complex logical tables to solve customer healthcare needs.
• Implement statistical and ML models to analyze patient populations and treatment patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into analytical solutions.
• Scale solutions by automating code and standardizing logic for team-wide reusability.
• Present complex findings and insights to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Integrate AI workflows to accelerate development, improve research speed, and automate routine tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of industry experience with Python and SQL for large-scale data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with anonymized patient-level healthcare databases like claims or EHR.
• Proficiency in ML modeling, advanced statistics, and algorithm design.
• Familiarity with PySpark and R.
