What you will do

• Own key business metrics including loss rates and merchant conversion performance.
• Lead a team of product managers across AI research, risk platforms, and data infrastructure.
• Drive product strategy for real-time decisioning engines executing within sub-500ms latency.
• Partner with leadership to translate modeling innovations into commercial impact.
• Optimize authorization rates at the issuer and bank layer to boost merchant revenue.
• Oversee the roadmap for identity networks and feature systems powering machine learning models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in technically complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams that build and deploy machine learning or AI systems.
• Strong commercial instincts with a track record of owning and improving business metrics.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical research and production-ready systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong operational leadership and people management skills.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, payments, ecommerce, or fraud prevention systems.
