Senior Product Manager (AI/Security): Defining and executing the strategy for secure AI development at scale with an accent on model governance, risk controls, and production monitoring. Focus on partnering with security and engineering teams to operationalize AI guardrails, adversarial testing, and data protection across high-performance financial systems.

Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office required)

Salary: $129,000 – $195,000 (Base pay range depending on location zone)

What you will do

• Set the strategy and roadmap for secure AI platform capabilities, including model governance and access controls.
• Define product requirements for AI security standards like red-teaming, explainability reviews, and audit logging.
• Partner with Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into platform controls.
• Establish health metrics for AI systems, including model drift detection, performance monitoring, and incident readiness.
• Guide internal product teams through secure AI adoption and provide structured risk review processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience building and launching high-quality consumer products.
• Proven track record in defining and developing AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and A/B testing for ML systems.
• Understanding of fine-tuning, evaluations, and ML optimization techniques.
• Experience translating complex technical details into understandable language for cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fintech industry or building consumer-facing AI applications.
• Exposure to LLMs, recommender systems, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with products leveraging Agentic AI.
