Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, United States

Salary: $90,000 - $136,000

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for hirify.global’s customer education program, including the selection and implementation of a learning management system (LMS).
  • Design and build role-based learning pathways for key user personas, reflecting how each user actually engages with hirify.global.
  • Develop engaging content including interactive modules, video walkthroughs, assessments, and certifications, leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation.
  • Ensure all education content is available in users’ native languages, using AI-assisted translation workflows.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to identify training gaps and free the CS team to focus on high-value customer engagement.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure education content stays current with platform updates and evolving use cases.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer education or a role with meaningful transferable skills.
  • Communicate clearly and explain complex things simply.
  • Able to create the strategy and then execute it yourself, including producing, recording, editing, and publishing training materials.
  • Are AI-native and instinctively reach for AI tools.
  • Organised and can manage multiple content workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-directed.
