Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; or Westlake, TX and attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $101,000–$119,000 USD (Zone 2)

What you will do

  • Oversee vendor training governance, including tracking completion rates and auditing content delivery accuracy.
  • Deliver structured Train-the-Trainer workshops for vendor site trainers to ensure consistent, security-focused customer service standards.
  • Observe classroom sessions and provide actionable verbal and written feedback to improve instructional quality.
  • Track new hire performance, nesting progress, and knowledge retention metrics to identify training gaps.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and localize training materials for global audiences.
  • Implement evaluation methods to measure learner satisfaction and the application of skills in live production environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with vendor partners and managing structured training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex security and regulatory concepts into actionable guidance for support agents.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze performance data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvements.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills for working with diverse, international audiences.
  • Must be willing and able to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
