- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and localize training materials for global audiences.

Requirements
- Proven experience working with vendor partners and managing structured training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex security and regulatory concepts into actionable guidance for support agents.
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation techniques.
- Ability to analyze performance data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvements.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills for working with diverse, international audiences.
- Must be willing and able to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
