What you will do

• Provide leverage to clients by understanding their needs and scaling CFO services.
• Bring transparency to founders, VCs, established General Partners and LPs by helping them utilize tools and resources.
• Improve our product and software through working with product and engineering teams to develop our Venture Capital product suite.
• Consult with clients and implement our Fund Administration software.
• Interact with clients, external auditors, and tax providers.
• Review client deliverables and assist Directors in executing new and current team processes.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining and managing multiple client relationships.
• Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements and Private Placement Memorandums.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and footnotes.
• Experience understanding and working on Waterfall calculations, management fees, and carried interest allocations.
• Experience working on complex entity structures and report consolidations.
• Strong command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Nice to have

• Private credit experience.
• CPA or CMA.
