What you will do

• Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact with clients & sales channels.
• Provide a full range of services including answering client inquiries for fund/portfolio information and literature.
• Act as the point person for any client-related issues and manage client lifecycle events.
• Perform due diligence on new and existing Third-Party Distributors and other Intermediaries.
• Communicate with Sales, Portfolio Management, Product Management and Legal/Compliance.
• Manage ad hoc responsibilities including red flag reviews, dealer terminations, and report monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred 0-3 years of relevant client service experience in a financial services industry environment.
• NASD Series 7 and Series 63 preferred (should be obtained within first 60 days on the job).
• Ability to manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact with clients & sales channels.
• Excellent understanding of asset management products such as Money Market Funds, Mutual Funds, Collective Trusts, SMA, or Alternative Investments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong client service orientation.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
