Location: Palo Alto, California, United States. This is a fully onsite role.

Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 USD base salary, plus equity, an annual performance bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze and resolve IT system issues and enhancements.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access control.
• Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using MDM tools.
• Administer, enhance, and support IT systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain audio/video systems for conference rooms.
• Configure, install, and monitor IT systems, maintaining accurate inventory and asset records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role in a global company.
• 2+ years of experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints and their MDM platforms.
• Experience leading IT onboarding calls and guiding new hires through system setup.
• Basic network troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working in an agile framework such as Jira.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions and automation.
• Proficient with GAM (Google Apps Manager).
• Working knowledge of multiple operating systems, including Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with SAML-based authentication and automated provisioning for Okta integrations.
