What you will do

• Assist in logistical planning and execution of EMEA roadshows, trade shows, and local meetups including vendor coordination and on-site support.
• Manage digital promotions for events including email invitations, social media content (LinkedIn), and landing page updates.
• Support creation of marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and follow-up email sequences.
• Deploy customer satisfaction surveys, coordinate meetings and initiatives to strengthen relationships, collect responses, and analyze data for actionable insights.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Based in or near Munich with ability to work regularly from office.
• Fluent in English (company language); German or other European languages are a strong plus.
• Experience or interest in B2B marketing, event support, and digital campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
