What you will do

• Execute recurring newsletter campaigns end-to-end in Braze including setup, segmentation, and scheduling.
• Coordinate content inputs across internal product, category, and marketing teams.
• Ensure high-quality implementation via rigorous QA, personalization, and link validation.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion.
• Support A/B testing for subject lines, content modules, and send times.
• Maintain clear documentation, naming conventions, and template optimizations.

Requirements

• Must be available for a hybrid role in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
• Strong interest in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and digital environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage operational workflows.
• Experience or interest in data-driven performance analysis and reporting.
