TL;DR

Strategy & Delivery Manager (Fintech): Strengthening how hirify.global plans, prioritizes, and delivers strategic initiatives with an accent on collaboration and alignment between hirify.global and ABN AMRO Bank. Focus on bringing structure, transparency, and consistency to ways of working across teams.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Act as a PMO-like partner to help professionalise and scale the delivery organisation.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between ABN AMRO Bank and hirify.global on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Support strategic planning cycles, including research, analysis, and preparation of executive materials.
  • Support the planning, tracking, and execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Implement and improve processes, governance structures, and documentation standards.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve execution and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, PMO, transformation, or delivery roles.
  • Experience working in complex organisations, preferably within financial services, fintech, or banking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution across multiple teams.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Ability to design and implement processes, governance frameworks, and documentation standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery environments and modern product organisations.
  • Experience working across organisational boundaries (e.g. parent company–subsidiary setup).
